Milko would have been 20 years old today. His flag bandana was his birthday bandana, since it was also Flag Day. He loved his sisters and was great with our fosters. Such a calm, mellow boy! But he would get so excited, wagging his little stubby tail, when treats were involved 😊 or when we came home. I'm amazed and grateful that he lived to 15, even with all his heart issues. We love our girls, but he was special. He was the best pup ever! I hope you're enjoying lots of treats and kicking your feet up in the grass at the Rainbow Bridge, Milko! Happy Birthday! We'll be together again someday. ❤️

I know it's been way too long since I've been here, but I wanted to share my big brother's post. He turned 15 yesterday! Happy Birthday Milko!🎂💕

Sorry I haven't posted in a long time! Momma volunteers with two animal rescues, so she hogs the computer and phone a lot. BOL
I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still doing great! Yesterday was my 15th Birthday! 🎂 I got a new bandana for my Flag Day birthday. 😊 As momma said, I have a lot more gray than when I came to live with her and Daddy 9 years ago, I have heart problems, and early stages of dementia, but I still run to the door when they come home and bounce around when she pulls out what she calls my pill case. (All I know is that means treats.) 😋 I plan on sticking around with Momma and Daddy and my fursisters for a long time. ❤

My name is Mary, and I am a friend of Harley’s mom and dad. They have asked me to let you know that their beloved Harley took his last breath today. He went on his own terms … he chose his moment, he did not suffer, and he was not in pain. He passed peacefully surrounded by the love of his mom and dad.

Harley's parents, Rudi and Dan, want you to know how very much your love, prayers and support have meant to them today and throughout Harley’s journey. They will have much more to say in the coming days when they are ready. For the moment, they ask for your understanding as they walk through this incredibly difficult time.

We all feel as though Harley belonged to each of us in some way. Now, we all share a common grief that we must each somehow come to terms with. Just know that Harley’s mission will continue, his voice will still be heard, and his light will shine brighter than ever.

This is not the end. As today is the first day of spring – a day of new beginnings – let this be a new beginning in the fight against puppy mills, and let Harley’s voice be heard through each and every one of us.

Harley, run free. You were loved immeasurably, and our lives and the lives of so many puppy mill dogs are better because you were a part of us. You will be missed more than you’ll ever know.

The dog rescue that Momma volunteers with is having a calendar contest with some of their doggies that have been adopted. My Auntie Barbara's dog, Ruby, is in the contest. She is #95 (near the end of the album). We would love it if you could vote for her. But, all the doggies in the contest are special, and a lot of them don't know a lot of people on Facebark, so they don't have many votes. That makes me sad. :( We would really like it if you would vote for some of the other doggies too. You can vote for as many as you want. Just "Like" the picture to vote for a doggie. Thank you!

Yayy! GoDaddy pulled their horrible ad after so many people complained and petitioned.

GoDaddy has decided to pull their ad from the Super Bowl and remove it from YouTube after causing an uproar on social media.

Not cool, Go Daddy! Their company sucks anyway - any dealings I have had with them through clients has been sheer torture!
