Easter is right around the corner so we want to share a stat with you...

Four out of five rabbits bought as pets for Easter are abandoned or die within a year.

The sad reality is that many people adopt bunnies this time of year, only to abandon them or surrender them to shelters once the novelty wears off or realize they were not prepared.

🥕 Rabbits are a 10+ year commitment.
🥕 They require specialized diet, care, housing and vet visits.
🥕 They are NOT low-maintenance pets.

Before bringing home a bunny this Easter, please research rabbit care or reach out to us with any questions to see if you're truly ready for this commitment. 🐰❤️

With heavy hearts, we share that sweet Ollie has passed away. Despite multiple vet visits and all the love and care we could give, his health continued to decline. Though his time with us was far too short, he was surrounded by so much love every step of the way. Thank you to his family for showing him kindness, warmth, and love—he truly knew he was cherished. Thank you to those you shared his story and donated to his care. Rest easy, sweet boy. ❤️🐇
