Yesterday was magical 💫 Thank you sooo much to everyone who stopped by our grand opening party! We had so much fun and feel so extremely lucky to have such an amazing support system 🥰 I loved being able to finally give clients new and old the tour of our salon, and seeing my vision come to life and be so well received was such a dream come true!! This morning I was finally able to get the approval I needed from both the city and the county to begin business 🥳 I’ll be reaching out to everyone who has been waiting to schedule over the next few days, there are SO many on that list and I’m going to do my very best to get you all in as quickly as I can! But please bear with me and forgive me if your pups have to go a little longer in between appointments this time around. I’m so grateful to be in this position and truly can’t thank you all enough for the support and love you’ve shown me 🥹❤️❤️❤️

The salon is ready!! 🤩 The city has caused a bit of a lag in getting my inspection done, so we are not quite able to book appointments yet. But we can’t wait for you all to see it, so we are having a party!! Please join us for our Grand Opening party/open house tomorrow (Sunday 6/9) from 2-6 at 260 N Tustin St unit J, Orange 92867! Dogs are welcome, of course!! We can’t wait to show you the new space and get to meet some new faces. I can’t possibly put into words how much everyone’s support has meant to me. We have had SO much help getting this done and way more people than I expected have already RSVPd for tomorrow 🥳 I’m beyond excited, more grateful than I can ever explain and so so happy to finally have the little salon of my dreams! I can’t wait to show you all 🥲 Here’s some pics of my incredible support team through this huge project. I have the absolute BEST people in my life and simply cant believe my luck ❤️❤️❤️

Yesterday was a truly momentous occasion!! 🫶 I officially took ownership of my new salon 🥹 These pics deserve to be on the grid because I’m never going to forget this day. I owe so much to this amazing lady in the pics with me, Tami. She has been grooming for 44 years, and owned a salon in this space for 42! I’m forever grateful that she trusted me to be the one to take over while she begins the next chapter in her life, retirement 🥳 We hit it off from the first time we met and this all just feels like it was meant to be, for both of us 💞 We had to celebrate such a big moment for us both 🥂💫 Thank you so much for all the support everyone, I feel beyond lucky and so loved! also! A special shoutout for .paws who introduced us! I would have never known about this amazing opportunity if my friend Natalie had not gone out of her way to let me know. I cannot thank you enough! Everyone who needs an excellent cat groomer, Natalie is your girl! ❤️ If all goes according to plan with renovations this week, we will be having a grand opening party this weekend! I’ve been thinking a lot about all the different stages of my grooming career over the last 11 years lately because a brand new chapter is about to begin 😍 On June 1st I will take possession of my own little grooming shop, located in Orange on Tustin Avenue between Palm and Chapman. I am so excited for this move and all that it will mean for my life and for Molly Grooms Dogs, this little business that has done so much for me and connected me to so many amazing humans and animals over the years 🥰 I know this news might not be exciting to all, and I totally understand if no longer offering mobile services may be a dealbreaker for some but I am thrilled to have found a space so close to the majority of my clients. I am happy to be able to offer my services to more people who I couldn’t help with the trailer due to distance or parking issues. I’m also going to be training my husband to be my assistant so I’ll have help 3 days a week. I will be commuting *3 minutes* to work each day 🤯 AND my girls get to be shop dogs and hang out at work with me again 🥳🥳🥳 I’ll have more info to share soon but it became officially official today and I am just so excited and couldn’t wait to tell you all. I’m feeling so grateful for this next step and for all those leading up to it. I can’t thank all of you who have helped me along the way enough🫶💫

I had a visit from the tiny twins today 💞 Wrigley and Rylie and I go way back and I love them to pieces! They have both had mouth issues and Rylie recently lost all of her remaining teeth, Wrigley only has a few left himself, hence the tongues! The good news is they don’t seem to miss those bad teeth at all 😋 I’m so grateful for clients like these. They have stuck with me through all of the different stages of my grooming career, from when I worked in a shop near them, to housecall, to mobile once I got the trailer, and they started bringing them to my house in Orange when I limited my service area to be more local. I truly appreciate the loyalty my clients show me more than I’ll ever be able to explain!! I am so lucky 🥹🥰🤍🤍

I attended a pet CPR/first aid class for a refresher today and it was so much fun!🤍 is a great teacher, and is a great networker who helped round up a great group of local groomers. We all had fun and learned something today! It’s so important for not just anyone who works with animals, but all pet owners too, to know pet first aid! If you’re local and are interested in attending a class with Michelle, her contact info is on the last slide 😊

Paul Anka got a baby brother 🥳This adorable pup is Choco 🍫 a 4 month old yorkie. He unfortunately got matted from wearing a shirt for a prolonged period without brushing, so his first appointment ended up being a shave down. Thankfully he did great 🥺 such a confident, sweet little pup 💞Swipe for pics of his brother bc he’s a cutie too

Appreciation post for my perfect angel Laila 💖💖💖 This girl is one of the MOST loved dogs in the world, I’m sure of it. Her family goes soo far above and beyond for her and it melts my heart. First haircut for the fluffiest sweetest puppy, Percy! 🩶🤍 It was only his second appointment but he had so much hair and luckily he’s such a calm, confident pup that he was totally ready ✂️ So proud of this little guy 🫶

My new friend Oslo 🫶 one of the last new pups for a while 🥺 She’s an 8 month old poodle mix and this was her first grooming. She’s a super sensitive girl and unfortunately had a rough grooming experience a couple weeks ago when she had to be sedated at an emergency vet to have a bunch of burrs shaved off of her. Her mom told me that she was really worried that Oslo was going to totally panic and I’d tell her I couldn’t groom her again. Luckily that’s not what happened at all! She is such a sweet puppy and was very trusting letting me shave off the rest of her tangled fur. She even fell asleep during her face trim 🥰 We got along great and Ive totally fallen in love with her already 💓

This is Susie 🌼 She is a long, super densely coated husky. I got so much undercoat off of her it was nuts! 🌪️She seemed like she felt so much lighter after this 🩵
