Merry Christmas human and furry friends. I hope you all got lots of treats like I did 😃. Mummy took me for a long muddy walk before I could open my presents but I settled down in the afternoon with some yummy munchies after a doggylicious turkey, roast spuddies and sprout dinner with oodles of gravy 😋

🎈🎈IT’S MY BIRTHDAY! 🎈🎈

Well today was pretty good as birthdays go for the mature chaps among us 😊

A nice lie in 🛌 followed by breakfast (and a side helping of worming tablet which mummy tried to pass off as a TREAT 🙄🤢). Then a gentle snooze while mummy worked ‘to put chicken on the table’ before heading out for walkies at Delapre inspecting their Christmas decorations 🎄

Then mummy’s BIG SURPRISE was a proper spa and furcut in a shiny new salon… 🐕

Finally home to a properly scrumptious chicken 🍗 and rice 🍚 dinner with yummy gravy and then presents 🎁 of a gigantic pack of crunchy chicken and calcium bones 🥰

Thank you to all my two legged friends who sponsored me on my “Wag This Way” for Cransley Hospice in September. I did my very best despite obstacles like getting stung by a nasty wasp 🐝 and having to be carried home on Day 1 😳 and then Mummy going off gallivanting 🚢 for a week so I couldn’t record all my walkies. Then she was ill 😷 and couldn’t go out for a week 🙄 so I think reaching 70% of my target was pretty good all things considered!

Throughout the whole of September, I will be dragging my Mummy out for a walk and we will be completing 25 Kilometres (well 25 somethings...) across the whole month 😬 to help fundraise for Cransley H

Day 1 Proper (yesterday was a practice apparently)

What a DISAAAAAASTER darlinks...

Persuaded Mummy to walk to the park instead of driving there and it was all going swimmingly until we got to the hilly bit I'd forgotten about on the way home... and I trod on a nasty wee sleekit pointy sting-y beastie! All dressed in stripy yellow pajamas and he thought I didn't see him but both Mummy and I saw him as he flew off from between my paw toes.

Spent a while persuading Mummy I couldn't walk and she had to carry me all the way home. Uphill (tee hee). Managed to get her to feel so sorry for me that she dished out the treats left right and centre to persuade me to walk on my paw-ly paw.

Not going to be easy doing 25 somethings... and I'm pretty sure they're not going to be miles!

Throughout the whole of September, I will be dragging my Mummy out for a walk and we will be completing 25 Kilometres (well 25 somethings...) across the whole month 😬 to help fundraise for Cransley Hospice Trust.

Well here's a thing...

Now I'm looking all dapper and groomed again, I'm taking off on a challenge for the month. I'm dragging Mummy around the park a few more times than usual to get her a bit fitter (don't tell her that's why I'm doing this though!) and I've signed my pawprint up to Wag This Way to earn a few chicken treats for those lovely people at the Cransley Hospice Trust. Well, they might not use it for chicken (weirdos!) and use it on helping human beans instead but hey that's their choice. So if you'd like to sponsor me dragging Mummy round and round the lake, please do. Apparently we've got to do 25 somethings....

Hey folks! It’s International Dogs Day today and Mummy took me to ChihuahuaTown 2023 with Aunty Ros to celebrate 😃

We bumped into Diablo and he and I tried plotting to take over the world but got a tad sidetracked when there were treats on offer..

Mummy didn’t enter me for the obedience contest because the said I wasn’t obedient enough, but even I can do the tricks most of them were doing!

There were some very very small fur babies there.. but Mummy said she wouldn’t swap me for the world 😍

🎉🎂 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! 🎂🎉

So today was my 11th birthday. It didn’t start well. Mummy woke me up singing to me 🙄 and I went out for a wee and got told off because I discovered a yummy piece of bread my mates the birds left as a present. (Apparently I’m not supposed to eat before my morning medicines).

Then it was breakfast time and I was trying to draw mummy’s attention to the fact she hadn’t fed me. I got all excited, turned round and fell off the sofa 😢.

There were no cards or messages from anyone this year 😢(Not even Little Mummy remembered 😭) but I had a lovely long sniffy walk in the crispy leaves with my best friend Aunty Ros and Mummy 😃

Then I got my favourite of all dinners specially cooked by Mummy (chicken and rice) and lots of lovely treat presents 😃 including a new doggy dippers one with biscuit bones that you dip in doggy peanut butter - YUM! 😋

It really isn’t my idea of FUN to go to the V.E.T Mummy on a sunny Saturday morning instead of having a lie in and being fed yummy breakfast. Especially after you were gadding about all over the place this week WITHOUT me. I think I’m making my feelings on this glands and claws malarkey clear enough!
