British Breeding Futurity The British Breeding Futurity Young Horse Evaluations seek to identify elite horses for future medal What is the Futurity? How does it Work? How do I enter?

A series of evaluations for potential sport horses and ponies
from foals to three years destined for careers as dressage
horses, showjumpers, eventers or sports ponies. The Futurity seeks to identify elite horses for the World Class
Equine Pathway as well as helping breeders to impartially
evaluate the youngstock they are producing. The Futurity is an evaluation, as distinct from a show. Horses

e scored on how they meet set criteria for the discipline they
have entered – in other words, their performance potential. Owners and breeders bring their youngsters to a centre in their
region where they will be seen in hand by a vet and then seen
loose in a safe indoor environment so that they show themselves
to the best of their ability. What are the benefits? You take home a detailed scoresheet of comments and advisory notes on your youngster and an attractive certificate to mount and frame. There are special diploma rosettes for all entries and you can use your youngster’s results to add value and act as a sales tool! How do I find out more? email or call us using the details at the end of this leaflet. When are the evaluations? The dates and venues feature below. There will be a maximum
capacity of 65 horses at each venue. You will be able to enter online from

British Breeding is able to announce that the successful eventing sire, WOMANIZER, will be standing at stud in the UK for 2025. Sadly, he is not arriving in time to come in person to the British Breeding Stallion Event but he is being represented by a tradestand so those interested in finding out more please pop along to their tradestand in the main arena. GATES open at 9.30am with the first stallion in the arena at 11am. The day starts with the dressage stallions followed by the lunch break and the stables OPEN for stallion viewing from 12.30-13.45. The STABLES CLOSE at 13.45 and the afternoon of the Jumping and Eventing stallions starts at 14.00 (2pm).
We also have tradestands from industry specialists including
Baileys Horse Feeds, Equibreed, Twemlows Stud, Stallion AI Services, Towcester Veterinary, Tomlinson Equine, Fellowes Media, Sports Horse GB, SPSS, Anglo European Studbook and Womanizer.

Stallion entries are now coming in for the 2025 British Breeding Stallion Event sponsored by Bailey Horse Feeds and supported by Competition Stallions Guide. This event will see the return of the International Showjumping stallion, ARGENTO alongside some exciting young stallions being presented by Rozel Breeding. Catherston Stud have confirmed their list of top competition stallions and we also see the return of one of the event's favourite's, Britannia's Bijou coming from his new home.
