🥰SUCCESS STORY!🥰
Remember this little beauty who was handed to us outside the vets during our TNR week in October? She was found in a garden dehydrated, full of snot, not eating and with a badly infected eye...4 weeks later...with lots of love, care and attention!! Little Daisy has been adopted by this amazing lady in Ibiza!!🥰❤️ Thanks to everyone involved in her journey! And to the lovely couple who brought her to us! ❤️

These 4 Supercute and friendly kittens are looking for homes where they can share their ❤️ and their lives!! They are 4-6months old, all are neutered & treated for fleas and worms, and cared for by one of our wonderful feeders in our October TNR Campaign. If you can offer any of them a new home in Ibiza, sent us a message and we will put you in contact!!😻🙏❤️

Did you know by Ibiza cats neutering 102 female cats, that this has prevented at least 612 kittens being born in the next 4/5 months and then the cycle would continue. TNR isn't as glamous as rescuing kittens and rehoming them, but it does save lives, it does prevent suffering.
Rescuing one kitten saves that kitten a life of suffering (if done correctly) which is great. But if that cost was put into TNR, there would not be a kitten to rescue ...

TNR has to be priority.

Happy National Feral Cat Day!!😻❤️😻❤️
Now that we have had more than 5 hours sleep..washed our hair and a proper meal..🤣 Here is the final breakdown for our OCTOBER TRAPPING WEEK 2022:

- 2 woman and one Van
- 6 traps and lots cages
- 1 million mosquito bites!
- 1 trip to Doctor for antibiotics!🙈
- Limited amount of sleep!

- 206 CATS NEUTERED IN TOTAL 🥳🤩
- 50% female and 50% male / 30% kittens
- Every cat given flea and worm treatment
- Many cats give antibiotic injections
- 2 cats treated with Cancer ears
- 2 cats treated for leg issues
- 2 pregnant cats
- One kitten with sore eye in foster

OCTOBER TRAPPING DAY 5!
It was a very hot day today...🥵🥵 and we had alot of cats to drop off from big jobs yesterday!
So the total is now 166 cats so far!!🙌😻😍
We have been overwhelmed with the number of calls we have had to help cats and our vet bill is going to be HUGE...We really need donations, no matter how small..🙏❤️

OCTOBER TRAPPING DAY 4! Another crazy busy day on our favourite island! 🤯
But the weather stayed good and the roads were quiet!👊🙏
We are now at 140 cats neutered in total!😻❤️ It's our last full day of trapping tomorrow and there are still sooo many cats to get to..wish us luck!😀😍❤️

OCTOBER TRAPPING DAY 3!!
We didn't post yesterday as it was a mad day..🙈 Today, we miraculously managed to stay one step ahead of the rain and our total so far is now 94 cats!! 😻🙏❤️
Only 2 and a half days of trapping remaining and still so many cats on the list..but we will do our best 🙌👊 As always..thanks for all the support from everyone, keeping us going on our very long days! Buenos Noches!! 😻😻

We have availability for a few new TNR jobs, these will be on the reserve list, so are you feeding a colony that are not neutered, we are doing a trap, neuter, return Campaign. 8th to 15th October.

We are so looking forward to our first campaign in over 2 years. Whilst we have continued to help cats and neuter them, ibiza cats is really about these mass TNR campaigns.

This trip is the 8th - 15th - we are 2 ladies, who are passionate about TNR- this we believe is the only way the cat population can be controlled, which make happy healthly cats.

We have over 250 cats, to do in 6.5 days, the number is probably closer to 300, but that seems daunting.... some of these cats may be too young or ill to be neutered on this trip, be we aim to neuter every cat that is on that list - as long as they are big enough and healthy enough.

Who wants sleep... its overrated...
