Message from Owner: Our Oreo is still missing. He ran after a stray on Saturday December 14th at 1:30 pm, and after a few hours we found him under a porch in a neighbour's backyard. Despite our encouragement, he bolted out and ran past our , continuing in the opposite direction toward Rue Lyette. Unfortunately we lost sight of him behind a tree blocking the path between cndmnium buildings.
We spent the rest of the weekend canvassing the neighborhood, speaking with neighbors, and checking every possible hiding spot. While we searched as thoroughly as we could, there are still backyards and spaces we weren’t able to access.
If you live nearby and come across this post, we urgently ask that you check your surroundings. We believe Oreo is frightened and hiding, unlikely to come out until he feels safe. He’s not strictly an indoor cat, but we only let him out when either my fiancé or I accompany him as we live near a busy street. He often retreats indoors when he hears neighbourhood dogs, people speaking loudly, and loud noises.
Please note that Oreo is semi-feral and will not allow you to pet him. We adopted him after living 6-8 month outdoors. While this gives us hope that he remembers how to survive outside, we are deeply worried by the cold temperatures we experienced this weekend. He has grown accustomed to the warmth of and typically avoids going outside during winter.
He is wanted by his brother, Rolo, and of course, his pawrents.

Message from Finder: This cat came up to my window near the village (corner of Maisonneuve and Alexandre deseve), they seemed cold and pretty agitated but friendly, I tried feeding some tuna and they are a little bit. I’m worried it might be sick and have to work later so I don’t know if I can keep them in my appartment.

Message from Owner: Since thursday night, Tataké hasn’t come . He’s used to going out but always returns in the morning. We are very worried. It’s not like him at all, especially since he never misses his evening meal—he loves his food! He’s quite skittish and avoids humans but can be tempted with treats. Try shaking a bag of cat snacks and calling him “Bibou” or “Potichat.” He’s a street-smart cat who knows the neighborhood well and has been living here for years.

Description: He’s grey, slim, short-haired, with yellow eyes and some tiny white hairs on his chest. He has 2 years.
His face is slightly lighter than the rest of his body, and one of his ears has less fur.
A key detail: he’s missing his upper left canine tooth.
He is microchipped but doesn’t have a collar.
