Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. This position requires strong communication skills, attendance and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email, in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with product information, order processing, assembly, and shipping damage
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience, striving for first-call resolution
Provide accurate and thorough information to customers regarding company policies, procedures, and products/services
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required;
