At approximately 630 am this morning a tan colored Chihuahua was struck by a car on Douglas St at Fisgard. The injured dog was taken to Central Vet Clinic on Roderick. ROAM (Reuniting Owners with Animals Missing), was founded in March 2016. We are a registered charity run entirely by volunteers. At ROAM, we offer a way for owners of missing dogs and cats to post their animals on our page and, through social media, reach a multitude of people in a short amount of time. Our posts remain active until resolved. ROAM was founded by former Administrators and senior searchers of another animal search group. Over the past several years, our combined experience has helped us to reunite countless pets with their owners. It is our goal at ROAM to work closely and amicably with all animal agencies such as The S.P.C.A., Animal Control, CRD Pound and others, to provide the best possible chance for owners to be reunited with their beloved pets.
