UPDATE: RUPERT HAS BEEN FOUND SAFE!!!
After using our thermal drone most of the day, ruling out the multiple forests he could be hiding in, we started plastering the area with our large posters. The posters paid off! We received a tip he was just in a lady’s backyard and rushed over with the owner. We instructed her what to do while waiting with our nets in case he didn’t come to her and tried to get away. Luckily he came up to her and is now home safe! Every search we use as many of our tools as we can (thermal drone, bloodhound, posters, thermal imaging units, etc.) and we never know what one is going to be the one to bring home the pet! This case it was our large posters! Thank you to the lady who called us with the tip! We’re so happy this sweet boy is home safe.

KITTEN MISSING!
GRIFFIN: Male tabby kitten is missing near Wallace Park in Kitsilano, closer to W10th and Wallace Crescent since January 18, 2024. Griffin is friendly but he is an indoor cat. He is small and slim, with white paws (white runs along the ankles on the back feet) and white cheeks and snout. If sighted or found, please contact: (604) 897-6285 or is (778) 246-3598.
