I had the privilege of taking part in programme amongst a group of Irish business start up founders over the past six months.

Needless to say, I have learnt so much throughout this time- I know animals and I know plant medicine, but I didn’t know excel sheets, AI toolkits, social media platforms and all of the frills and skills needed to navigate the landscape of running your own business!
The friends I have made during these past few months will be friends for life, we have supported each other through good days and bad - I can’t commend their creativity and courage enough. Our programme manager, Aoife, was fantastic, always understanding my dashing from some of the seminars to make midday school runs for my girls and a shoulder to lean on when I was overcoming some unexpected challenges along the way.

I was overwhelmed and grateful to receive the award of best business opportunity from the college board and visiting this week. One for the mantlepiece !

Onwards to the next chapter!
