Message from Finder: This dog has had a recent haircut, and does not appear to be hungry. Appears to be healthy and well fed. He is playful, but a bit nippy. Followed us from a walk. He keeps coming back to see if I will let my dog out to play. I tried to give him some food and water. He was only interested in the water. I don’t really have a way to contain him.
