• Supervise daily kennel operations, including feeding, grooming, exercise routines, and medication administration.

• Train and lead a team of compassionate kennel attendants to deliver outstanding pet care services.

• Interact with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their peace of mind regarding their beloved pets.

• Conduct regular health checks on boarded dogs.

• Implement and refine standard operating procedures to elevate the quality of care provided.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the pet care industry.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
