We recently talked about vegetables... Today is the turn of fruits!

All the ones you see in the image are safe, recommended, and very rich in nutrients for dogs and cats! 🐶🐱

☝️Very Important: don't forget to remove the seeds and/or bones as some of them can be toxic and even cause choking. Always remember to wash the piece very well before giving it to your furry, since most of them come with insecticides and chemical that we must avoid.

Fruits and vegetables:

🐶 Dogs no more than 10% of their daily ration.
🐱 Cats no more than 5% of their daily ration. The fruits with * are not indicated for cats.

February 1st is World Galgo Day – Dia Del Galgo

The date was chosen because it marks the end of the hunting season in Spain when many spanish greyhounds reach the end of their ‘useful’ hunting life and are condemned to abandonment or even death. (It is a horror that the useful life of a greyhound for them is approx. 5 years).

Sad day, as this is the reality for hunting dogs in many countries. As animal lovers, we want to raise our voices and defend ALL dogs equally. A greyhound does not choose to be a hunter or a member of a family, we choose for them.
That's why this February 1st, with more strength than ever we say We 💛 DOGS

Lunar New Year, also known as the Chinese New Year 🐉 or the Spring Festival, falls on Jan. 22 this year, when Asian communities around the world will say goodbye to the Year of the Tiger and usher in the Year of the Rabbit. More specifically, Water Rabbit. Symbol of peace, longevity, prosperity, and hope.

Did you know that different communities have distinct ways of ringing in the new year? In Korea 🇰🇷, the first day of the Chinese lunisolar calendar is Seollal, when families exchange gifts and dine on rice cake soup and savory pancakes.
In Vietnam, for example where Lunar New Year is called Tết, Jan. 22 is actually the start of the Year of the Cat. Participants enjoy special foods like Thịt Kho trứng (braised pork with duck eggs) and decorate yellow apricot blossoms and other plants.

Did you know that? Have you ever celebrated it?
