It’s bonfire night which is fun and pretty for us but for some pets it’s scary and upsetting😣🎆🎇🔥

Here’s some tips on how to keep your pets happy and safe tonight and over the next few days❤️🐾

•make a safe space/den for your pets to go hide in
•play music to hide the noise of the fireworks
•close all windows, blinds and curtains
•keep your pets distracted with lots of playtime
•keep collars on with ID so can be reunited with yourself and brought home if they escape
•keep them indoors and go out with them for toilet time
•reassure them calmly and try not to make a fuss as you are rewarding their anxious behaviour

Busters 2nd walk of the week 🥰 he also had a trip to the vets to get his nails trimmed and his flea and worming treatment 🐾 after the vets we had a lovely walkies together! See you Saturday little man ❤️🐾

“Just a dog.
From time to time people tell me “chill out, it’s just a dog” or “it’s a lot of money just for a dog.” They don't understand the distance traveled, the time invested, or the costs incurred by "just a dog".
Some of my proudest moments have occurred with “just a dog.”
Many hours have passed being my only company "just a dog", but not for one moment did I feel despised. Some of my saddest moments have been because of “just a dog,” and on those gray days, the gentle touch of “just a Dog” gave me comfort and the reason to get through the day.
If you also think “it’s just a dog”, then you’ll probably understand phrases like “just a friend”, “just a sunrise” or “just a promise.” “Just a dog” brings into my life the very essence of friendship, trust and pure unbridled joy. “Just a dog” brings out the compassion and patience that make me a better person.
For "just a dog" I will get up early, take long walks and look forward to the future. So for me and people like me, it’s not “just a dog,” but an embodiment of all the hopes and dreams of the future, the memories of the past, and the absolute joy of the moment. “Just a dog” brings out the good in me and takes my thoughts away from myself and daily worries.
I hope one day they can understand that it’s not “just a dog”, but the one that gives me humanity and keeps me from being “just a human.” So the next time you hear the phrase “just a dog”, just smile because they “just don’t get it”.

Arlo my regular 🥰 bit of a windy walk but we still enjoyed it 💨 looks like a completely different boy now 🐾 you will always be a special pup to me love the bond we have created and love him like one of my own ❤️🐾🐶

Buster one of my new clients for walking🥰🐾 today was our first walk together and he settled in with me really quickly and loved being walked by myself which was really surprising due to buster being a rescue but we got on amazingly ☺️excited to see you again next week little man! ❤️🐾

The hardest part of caring for animals is the part where you have to say goodbye and no matter how many times you do it never gets easier 💔 since Monday I brought home a little kitten who had been abandoned by his mommy and needed hand rearing and keeping warm and the big animal lover I am I couldn’t say no🥺 he had the best few days with me playing, lots of cuddles and most importantly he was warm and had a full belly but unfortunately today he took a turn for the worst and it was in his best interest to say goodbye 💔 mittens I absolutely adored you and you where such a character one I will never ever forget you’ve left your paw prints on my heart for life ❤️🐾
