I can’t get in to my ETSY Catatelier account and there is no actual human support, only automated responses. I have contacted support multiple times and received no helpful answers. There is no longer a phone number to contact them, only email, but like I said, no human support. Even though my Catatelier store has not been active in years, I still used the account and consider it a very special tribute to Toki to keep it alive. It is extremely disappointing that Etsy does not care about the people and makers who built it up when it was a smaller platform (pre 2013) that only sold handmade goods.
