Vets To Vets United, Inc. is dedicated to Captain Willis C. Morris, a Tuskegee Air Force pilot who was killed during the Cuban Missile Crisis while serving our country.
This charity is also dedicated to Captain Karon Morris Crawley, the first female to graduate from the Air Force ROTC pilot training program at Tuskegee.
On this Memorial Day and every day, we remember and honor all who have made that ultimate sacrifice to keep us all safe and free.

The War isn’t over when our Veterans return home. That is why The Patriot Fund is dedicated to being a vehicle to support our heroes! At The Patriot Fund, they realize countless problems faced by our heroes returning home from deployment, and this is why they do what we do to help our Veterans live more fulfilling lives.
We would like to thank the Exchange Club of Greater Durham for all that they do to give back to our community and beyond and for inviting us to share our mission with our community at the Durham Blues and Brews Festival again this year on May 18th.

The Exchange Club of Greater Durham's Blues & Brews Festival has raised over $190K for the community
McArthur (Mac) Easley proudly served in the U. S. Army during the War in Iraq from 2004 - 2009. Since that time, he has suffered from anxiety and depression. He was reluctant to leave his home and found it very difficult to connect with people.
Things improved after Mac and Bear began training with Vets to Vets United. "The trainers are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. They even taught me how to better understand Bear through his body language," says Mac. "And when I feel down, Bear's responsiveness can always lift my mood."
From our Vets To Vets Family to the FantaSci family, we thank you with all of our two and four legged hearts for the love and support that you have shown for our Veterans and their rescue service dogs. This means the world to us. We are so excited that we will be able to thank you in person at our upcoming Vets To Vets United 5K9 Dog Jog on October 6. Every year March 29th is observed as National Vietnam War Veterans Day. This is the day dedicated to thank and salute the veterans of Vietnam and their families for all their services and sacrifices.
Thank you for your service, Vietnam Veterans. Thank you for putting your life on the line for our country in the fight for the liberties and freedoms of others. Thank you for your personal sacrifice in a time of great uncertainty. You reminded Americans of what it meant to serve, what it meant to answer the call of your country.
Vets To Vets graduate Dan Portaro received his Orange Heart Medal from the Orange Heart Medal Foundation. Dan is accompanied by his beautiful wife, Cathy and his sweet VTV service dog Bailey.
The Orange Heart Medal Project was founded in January 2018 as a 501c3 organization whose mission and purpose is to bring recognition for veterans who served in the Vietnam war and who were affected by exposure to Agent Orange, an herbicide and defoliant chemical.
It has taken many years for our Veterans to be recognized and compensated for their suffering due to the use of this chemical during the Vietnam war.
Thank you Dan and all Vietnam Veterans for your sacrifice and service for us all. We love you.❤️
