Bes Cattery

Bes Cattery I had been Showing and Breeding cats since 1983 until January 2025. I use to breed the Burmillas since 1997 and now since retired from breeding.

Burmilla is a Breed of cat which was produced from an accidental Breeding between a Lilac European Burmese and a Chinchilla Persian in England in 1981. They are very sweet and people oriented cat. They sometimes tend to be a little shy when first meeting people, but then get use to them, they tend to be a bit clingy. They are somewhat clumsy when climbing and are very dog-like.

Here is the rest of my gang. From top to bottom (and left to right): Star (spayed, Black Shaded Silver), Quincy (Chocolate Tipped Silver), Andi (cuddling next to Quincy, Brown Tortie Shaded Silver), Alec (starting to get up, spayed, Red Tipped Silver), and Vi-King (neutered, Black Tipped Silver).

Here is Quincy, he is a Chocolate Tipped Silver and he is 4 months old. We took him out to see the people at Starbucks Coffee, then up to OHSU (Oregon Health Science University) to the Casey Eye Institute for Phillip's 5 week Eye Shot. The girls all wanted to see him, so he was introduced to them all and they loved him lots. Then we went to Western Pet Supply to introduce the girls to him and pick up more Raw meat, as Quincy has us wrapped around his fingers wanting Raw at night, instead of tinned meat mixed with Dry food. lol He was going around in his new Backpack and he loves it.
