If any of you are looking to add a new furry love to your family, this sweet girl is looking for her furever home ❤️

Volley has been fostering with me for about a month now and she is the SWEETEST pup!!
While with me, she has been building confidence, rocked crate training and potty/housebreaking. She absolutely LOVES to cuddle and really looks to her person for reassurance.
She is still working on gaining confidence on the leash as she is very timid and gets easily spooked by any noises or quick movements on leash.
Off leash in the fenced in yard, she is a completely different pup and full of confidence, loves exploring and running/playing!

She LOVES all dogs she meets🐶
Unsure about cats, only because I haven't introduced her to mine.

She came into the shelter with a wound on her right front leg, possibly an old bullet wound. Yesterday was her follow up with the Orthopedic and she was cleared!!!! There was no bone displacement from the bullet/shrapnel and everything has fused together solid. She runs, jumps and plays like nothing ever happened. She will just have a funky looking front leg for life, but that just adds character 😉.

She is looking for someone to be patient and gentle with her. She's super smart, and just needs someone willing to take the time to earn her trust.

Meet Volley: The Sweetest 2-Year-Old Terrier Mix

Note from her foster mom: Whomever is lucky enough to add her to their family, I will happily offer discounted rates for any future doggie daycare or boarding needs for her ❤

Volley is an absolute sweetheart! At just 2 years old and 35 pounds, this terrier mix is crate-trained and absolutely loves her crate as her safe space. She’s also potty trained and adores other dogs and kids. While we’re not sure about cats just yet, we can't imagine she would mind them!

Volley is looking for a calm and patient person to earn her trust. Her leash walking is improving, but she gets nervous, and loud movements can spook her. Off-leash, she’s a whole different dog—full of excitement, eager to explore, run, and play. On-leash, however, she just needs some reassurance.

If you’re ready to give this sweet girl the love and patience she needs, Volley is ready to be your loyal companion! 🐾❤️

As the busy summer season has come to an end, Doggie Daycare availability is in full swing for the Fall & Winter season!

As Calvert county kids head back for their 1st day of school, I want to wish you all (kids & parents) a great, safe & fun school year.
Dream big, because if you speak it into existence, you just might surprise yourself and make that dream a reality!

Throwback to little 5th grade me, and my yearbook prediction of what I wanted to be when I grew up.
Well, I guess you could say I’ve grown up, and I certainly made that dream a reality. 12 years in the veterinary field as a veterinary technician. Once Levi was born, he set the fire inside me to start this business so that I could continue to care for animals, while also raising him.

Levi & I will embark on our 3rd grade homeschooling journey in 3 weeks and I’m so proud of this life we have built, where we can spend all our moments together ❤️

Rocco decided to move in and make this house HIS house 🤣. I love when the pups hangout in the little playhouses I have for them in the play yard, my favorite is when they play tag/Hide and seek with the two tunnels.
