Bijou the Bold is no more. Today was his last day on the planet. If there is an afterlife, he has earned ear scratches, cuddles, and all the best food from people who love him and can see how very special he is. He kept his biped company in the office, at night snuggling on the bed, and stayed next to the bathtub during baths. He never failed to run to the door when his biped came home to welcome her. And he was always happy to educate his biped on when his litter pan needed cleaning or it was time for a meal. He was a truly social creature who enjoyed attention from humans and dogs alike. There wasn't an unkind bone in his body. His soul and his spirit were true until his last breath, cradled in his biped's arms.
