Got the sniffles? The medicines that help you feel better could be extremely dangerous to your pets.
Ephedrine and Pseudoephedrine (Sudafed), found in many over the counter decongestants, can lead to enlarged pupils, rapid heartbeat, high blood pressure, anxiety, hyperactivity, tremors, and vomiting. Often these medications’ names are followed by a D on the packaged label, signifying the decongestant ingredient. If your pet does consume any of these medications, please contact your local veterinarian or our office at 1.888.426.4435 immediately.

Look at some of the adventures our clients are having with their dogs-in-training! Here is Kona the husky being a SUP Pup with owner Chris in Dana Point Harbor.

Mia, beautiful and smart, does a very nice fetch! (She was not a natural retriever -- her hard working owners dug in and taught her, step by step!) Maybe they wanna chime in here and tell us about the training? Did you use a clicker? Shape it? Come on, brag! You deserve it.:-)

Roux at his LAST recheck for IMHA ( we hope! ). Look how delighted he is to see his friend, Alex, vet tech extraordinaire :-)

As some of you know, my beloved Roux was diagnosed with Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia 3 weeks ago. But he is fighting back, as only a poodle can. In this video, he shows off his new haircut, his new bed, and some SqueakyToy Therapy. Everybody feels better after a squeaky session, right? I know I do!
