The sweetest girl, Bailey! 💕🐾

Bailey is a 9-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog x Lab mix who loves to be anywhere you are. She is a big, friendly giant who truly believes she can fit everywhere, whether under tables or on your lap! Unfortunately, Bailey has had not one but two surgeries on her back legs in her younger years and has gone through extensive rest and recovery time. These days, Bailey loves to be with her big family of humans and other dogs, and her new harness helps her keep up with all the activity while ensuring she doesn't aggravate her old injuries.

Bailey is wearing our harness in size large. 🐶

This is Tucker! 🐾 🐕
This little guy was unable to use his right hind leg, limiting his mobility. The dedicated team at created a, "customized rehabilitation program including hydrotherapy, therapeutic exercises, and laser therapy, where Tucker gradually regained strength, balance, and the joy of walking again." 💪 He used the harness to aide to in his rehabilitation during his hydrotherapy sessions. 💙
After several months of determination and lots of love and support Tucker can now run and enjoys playing in the grass once again. Tucker you inspire all of us to keep going! 🙌

Our friend Caitlin from has had such great success🌟 using our for her dog Diesel that she made a video about it. Read her story: 👇

"During Diesel’s TPLO surgery recovery, I knew I needed to find something to help him during his first two weeks, especially the first few days. The Harness was a GAME CHANGER! I tried dog slings and looked into other harnesses, but nothing was a full-body support harness like this one. This dog harness aids in getting into cars using stairs and has many cool features like:

🐶 Breathable mesh & neoprene fabric (aids in swimming recovery & everyday use)
🐶 Incredible size range (for dogs 10lbs.-225lbs.!!!)
🐶 Custom fit options for boy dogs

This is one of the coolest dog products I’ve ever found, and we even got one for our senior dog, Aiden, so that we’re able to help him more over the next few years. Check out my full review and learn all about the many ways you can use this incredible dog harness at Sparklesandsunshineblog.com

Hershey is the sweetest dog! 🍫 Her progress has been nothing short of incredible and her has been there every step of the way. Read about her story below:

"Hershey suffers from IVDD and when a sudden incident occurred, it left her unable to use her hind legs. When we first started treatment, she was unable to stand or walk and didn’t even try to leave her bed.
Fast forward to three months later and look at her go! Hershey is putting in her time at physical therapy and we still have work to do but we just wanted to take a moment to celebrate the progress she has made so far!" 🙏👏

Today is and here's a great tip on leash walking: Proper leash walking is an important part of establishing a good relationship with your dog. Keep your leash loose, as a tight leash will only encourage your pup to pull. If your dog is regularly taking you for a walk than you've got some work to do! Also, check out our leash accessories at

Our Story

The Help ‘Em Up Harness is a unique full-body lifting device that assists owners with aging dogs remain active when hip dysplasia, muscle loss, or surgical repair impairs a pet’s mobility and physical strength for every day functions – from getting up off the floor, up and down the stairs, or in and out of cars.

Veterinarians, neurologists and nurses use the harness for dogs rehabilitating after surgery or recovering from injuries. By placing a handle over the hips, and the shoulders, the Help ‘Em Up safely lifts from underneath the torso allowing you to help your dog get up, along with overcoming the daily obstacles of aging and getting around.

It will also help you lift without stress by using the handles on the harness, as the Help ‘Em Up is designed to distribute weight over the large surfaces of the chest and hind quarters. Veterinarians, surgeons, nurses and rehab therapists find this product as a useful aid to help their patients be lifted more comfortably post-surgery and to help them rehabilitate more easily.
