Estill County, KY Animal Shelter has reached out to us with a desperate plea for help with a Mom and litter of 11 puppies.
The shelter director, Chris, received a call in the middle of the night from an elderly lady regarding newborn pups in freezing temps. Chris and his heart of gold couldn't say no. You will see Chris rescuing these babies in the video below.
This shelter is over flowing and has three more litters coming in soon. They desperately need to find a place for momma and her 11 babies. If you can help, contact us, or the Estill County Animal Shelter.
Five puppies dumped in McKee, KY needing rescue. Can anyone help?
Asher! He came to us paralyzed, and given little hope. Today he is leaving us and starting his next chapter of his Journey.
Asher, the paralyzed dog that we were asked to foster for McCracken County Animal Control......Not paralyzed anymore! He is healing nicely, is such a sweetheart and a great bedtime cuddler. He stays put all night. He will be up for adoption soon. We can connect you if you're interested in adopting.
We couldn't be happier with the progress we are seeing with the McCracken County Animal Control dog we are fostering. We have so much faith in this boy's recovery!

We have been asked to assist the McCracken County Animal Control by fostering this guy. He was recently hit by a vehicle in the Paducah area and spent a few days at a local vetenarian. Before I was enroute we were told the dog was paralized. Upon arrival we all witnessed this dog being able to stand and move around. Xrays are showing no broken bones. We are hoping that it is just swelling and bruising and he will return to normal. So while he camps out at ARK, we need help finding his owners. If you recognize this guy, please reach out to us, or Animal Control.
I want to thank the lady who took in the two puppies found in a plastic bag. She searched for 2 days for help. I also want to thank everyone who supported us so we could get this precious soul taken care of today. We couldn't have done it without you. The pups were simply starving before being dumped in a plastic bag. Unfortunately the white one didn't make it to the vet before passing away. We wish things could have been different. But because of one kind soul who took them home and tried to help, and your donations, this is what the surviving pup looked like at the vet before ARK handed him over to another rescue to nourish him back to good health. No puppies should ever have to go through what these two went through!
EDIT! Clearance Granted!
