I thought since the page is growing, I'd do an introduction post and put a face behind The Pawstry Shop and its creations. I'm Nicki, Owner and Baker. I live in Canton and I've been a Texan for 6 years, by way of Tennessee where I owned a bakery for about 7 years, along with being a disc jockey on the local radio there, originally from Illinois. I do work full time elsewhere, but I'm very excited to grow the business and serve up all kinds of wonderful treats for your fur babies!
