Meet Beautiful Pepper the Great Dane😍
Peppers dedicated family have been working hard on her loose lead walking and recall in sessions with @saintk9training and she has already come so far in her training journey. This elegant beauty lacks confidence so we have been working on changing that and building her confidence in new environments through training, as well as proofing her recall, loose lead walking, sit stays, emergency downs and fixing her dog reactivity .
Pepper lives in a multi-dog household, her sister Pebbles has just completed a residential stay with @saintk9training . One of her owners goals is to walk the pair of them together, so we have done lots of loose lead walking with and around stable dogs to build her up to the end goal. And we have now achieved this!
I have loved watching her confidence grow throughout the time I have been working with her and can’t wait to see her blossom further!

Socialising our puppies starts the minute we get them home. Exposing your puppy to as many new environments as possible (even just to observe them) with different noises, smells and sights prepares them for the big outside world as they grow. You can NOT expect a dog to be ok in new environments or with certain noises and situations unless you have exposed your dog to them.Take your puppy out in the world, let them observe what's going on. If they are not vaccinated yet - No problem, carry them!
