This little meatball is Max! Max is a 2-year-old Bully mix, weighing only 32 lbs. Max was found in an abandoned building and probably didn't have a great life before arriving at Rescue Ridge, but you would never know that when meeting him. Max is a fun little guy with an engaging, playful personality. He is also super friendly and absolutely loves attention and belly rubs. Give him a toy, and he will happily entertain himself and you! Although Max doesn't seem to mind other dogs, he has earned the right to be the center of attention, which requires him to be the only dog in the home. Max is neutered and up to date on shots. He will be having his cherry eyes surgically repaired very soon. We would love to find him a foster to adopt before his surgery. I am a little shy with people I don't know, but once I get to know you, I will be your best friend. I would do best in a home being an only pet, but would also be ok with older children. I have one special wish, which is to be part of a loving family, In return, I promise to be your best friend. I am healthy, spayed and up to date with vaccines. We need a foster or foster to adopt for this two year old young man.
Found locally not feeling very well. He was vetted and we know how to treat him now.
He has a virus that requires eye meds 3 X a day and lysine in his food 2 X a day.
Would be best as your one and only or with a kitty with the same issue.

Adopt Milo at Rescue Ridge 7/31/24

Milo is a 6-7-month-old mix (we were told chihuahua LOL). He is already 23 lbs.
Milo is learning that life can be great with his foster Mom, she takes him to try on hats and gets him his own pup cup.
Milo is learning to walk on a leash, go potty outside and that people are generally kind.
Milo likes other dogs but seems afraid when he first meets them but take off those leashes and boy does he have fun. He is living with cats but only meets them on a leash.
Milo would be best with a kind patient home that can show him love and understanding while giving him rules.
Milo needs a fenced-in yard, this boy is active. But turn your head and he is sleeping.
Older children preferred due to his activeness.

We are looking for a home for Gordy. He’s doing amazing after surgery! Although he loves kids, he should go to an adult-only home. This was his second surgery for eating toys in his lifetime so far. Although he’s tolerant of other dogs- he much prefers humans. He would LOVE to be an only dog home. This would be helpful to move fosters since his current foster has little kids and dogs. Gordy would much prefer to have ALL of the attention. He loves car rides, walks and snuggles. SUPER affectionate. Gordy is neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped. Chippy and Stella are 11 week old sisters. These two would love to go home together. They were saved from outside along with their mom and 2 other siblings and are ready for a loving home! Meet Smiley
This adorable guy is Smiley! Smiley is a 2 yr old pittie mix, weighing only 42 lbs. He's the perfect size for hugging and snuggling, two of his favorite activities! Smiley is a fun loving, goofy boy who just loves to be with people! He is friendly to everyone he meets and will greet you with that gorgeous grin and his butt wiggling.
