Please read the rules before bidding!
1. To place a bid post your bid on the comment line of the item. Your bid must exceed the starting bid or the previous bid if a bid is present. Bids must be in whole dollar amounts! Bids with cents in the amount will be discarded. Each description will have the amount bids must increase by, for example a small item bids can increase by $1.00 but items with a large value the bidding increase may be as much as $10.00.
When placing a bid look above the 1st comment on the item & you will see FB Meta AI has selected for you to see only "most relevant" comments. Click on most relevant & a menu will drop down, select "all comments" to see all bids. This will avoid duplicate bids from multiple bidders. In the case of duplicate bids the bidder with the earliest bid for that amount will be considered the high bidder. Any duplicate bids will be deleted by the administrator. We are sorry for this glitch but it is FB AI issue that we can't change.
2. Bid on the next comment line not as a reply to an existing comment.
3. Bid only on numbered items not on photos with an a, b, c after them as these posts do not accept bids & any bid on those pages will be discarded.
4. Jewelry items that have been examined by a jeweler or stamped as Gold or Sterling Silver will be marked as such. Other materials that we have not confirmed or are unmarked with have quotes around the material in the description such as “gold,” “silver,” “pink tourmaline” or described as silvertone, goldtone or brasstone. If you intend to have your items shipped, please consider the shipping cost & be prepared to arrange & pay those charges in advance to the shipper. Large, heavy, very fragile or hard to package items will be sent out for packaging at your expense. We want you to get all the items you bid on! Please do not bid on these items without considering the cost of shipping! Dimensions are in the description of all items & we can get a weight for you to call for shipping costs & we can suggest shippers in our area.
5. Bids for all items will close on May 25 at 6:30 pm. We will post the name of the winner & amount due for that item on the next comment line of each item. We hope to complete this ASAP on May 25. After the winning bids are posted on all the items we will make a list of the items that you bid on & the final bid you made & send you an invoice to your facebook messenger for your items.
6. If you are picking up items, we will have pick up times at our Paw Palace at 14 Winter Street in Bath on the following dates & times: Wednesday, May 29 from 11am – 1pm, Thursday, May 30 from 1pm – 4pm, Friday, May 31 from 4pm – 6pm and Saturday, June 1 from 10 am – 1pm. All items must be paid for at the time of pick up. We accept cash or checks. We can accept credit cards with a 5% service fee. Please bring help for loading large items.
7. Items that need to be shipped will need to be prepaid either by check or by credit card with a 5% service fee. Shipping charges for small items will be added to your total. Shipping charges will be calculated by the USPS so keep that in mind when bidding. Whatever they charge us we will charge you! We will box & pack the items at no charge but we encourage you to purchase insurance for shipping as we will not be responsible for breakage. We will use care in packing your items & do our best to keep them safe but accidents happen & we can not refund charges for damage by the shipper.

9. All items must be paid for by June 1, 2024, or they will be forfeited unless arrangements are made prior to June 1, 2024, for pickup at a specified date later in June.
We will ship ASAP after payment is made & will send you a fb message when the items are packed & will ship the next day.
PLEASE only make bids if you will be available to pick up & pay for your items in a timely manner. We do not have space to store items & lose money on an item that another bidder would have paid for.
Please read the rules that include the dates, times, shipping policy, payments accepted, etc. We are busily caring for cats. Please don’t waste our time by not getting back in touch with us concerning payment & pick up of items!
