Canada Long weekend is fast approaching!
A few things to keep in mind
- Order food and meds early to assure you have enough for the weekend
- Make sure to keep pets secure, and have proper ID on them in case of emergency
- If you have concerns about Fireworks and your pets; reach out to us today and ask about Calming aids
- Watch for High temps and know signs of heat stroke
- Keep a close eye on fatty foods and potential poison risks with BBQ's and family gatherings

Here’s Samson feeling much better after he came fainting and was found to have cardiac tamponade due to pericardial effusion.
Dr Paul was able to perform pericardiocentesis and drain 120ml of fluid from around his heart.
Safe to say he is feeling much better and happy.
In the comments you can view his heart prior to the fluid being drained and then the heart now
