Today was my parents wedding anniversary. They taught me so much about love, kindness, caring, respect, and patience. I still miss them everyday and at the same time am so blessed to be raised and loved by two such amazing people. They always looked for and tried to find the best in any situation. I am still amazed everyday how many lives they touched and enriched. They had that special gift to make each person they met to feel welcome and accepted. All I truly know is that I was so lucky. Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad! I love you.

Today was setup day for the 2024 Western Idaho Fair. Here is a little view of before with the trailers open and unloading to setup the classic hinge joint that I helped my Dad and Uncle build in 1980. The second photo is after we were done for the day. Still some things to get done before next Friday like cleaning, picking up the super secret batter, and sticking hot dogs. I hope you will be able to make it out to the fair for some great people watching, the festive lights of the carnival, the great exhibits, and if you’re so enclined a little fair food. It is always a privilege and an honor to have people return and enjoy a Party Pup!

Thank you to everyone with the Emmett Cherry Festival who put on a great event for everyone to enjoy. Thanks also to our customers who are the best! It’s a privilege to be greeted with so many smiles, kind words, and requests to be available more. I am blessed to enjoy the hard work of my grandparents, Mom & Dad, and Uncle and Aunt. I would be remiss not to thank the awesome people that come and work these events with me, it is not lost that their kindness, caring, and joyful spirit are also a large part of the success. The 2024 Cherry Fest is behind us now, but we hope to see you at the Western Idaho Fair and Twin Falls Co. Fair & Rodeo and ideally the next Cherry Fest!
