⭐️Helpful Tips and Tricks We Use as Instructors in Our Lessons ⭐️
Children often have a lot to remember at once, so it's our responsibility to help them by reinforcing key points.
🐴 Encourage relaxation: This can significantly aid your child in learning to move their body in harmony with the horse.
🐴 Maintain focus: Children can easily get distracted, so it's essential to remind them to keep their head and eyes up, which also enhances their balance.
🐴Remind them to keep their elbows tucked in at a 90-degree angle and their hands level. Ensure that the ball of your child's foot is positioned on the stirrup so they can effectively push up. Practicing this while stationary allows them to understand and feel the difference themselves.
🐴Prioritise fun: Keeping the learning experience enjoyable is crucial for keeping the children engaged!
