JahTar Urban Homestead was created by Veronique Harvey. A single mother, raising two daughters while trying to live off a fixed income. When you have to live on a fixed income, with medical limitations to your eating habits you need to know that the food you place in your mouth is free of all chemicals and additives. As I tried to shop I noticed that it cost much more to live on an all organic die

t. Well, living with epilepsy, chronic migraine and hemicrania continua I figured I had to do something and do it quick. For others it may be a matter of a healthier lifestyle, for me it is a medical necessity. (Future Goals)
My thinking I have the space and a green thumb with gardening skills, why not put it to good use. I could serve my community by providing organic produce in a community setting and solve my problem at the same time.
