Hi everyone, i now have a seperate phone for my work number, this will aslo mean i will not be answering messages or calls whilst im not in the salon as it will not leave the building.
Im very sorry but i need to fully separate my work life from my home life as my mental health needs to come first.

Hi everyone, this may upset a few people. But I think it needs to be said. Recently myself and jamie went through a miscarriage. It's been horrible I won't lie, but what's made it worse is the comments we've had.
I don't know why it's such a taboo to talk about but if you ever know anyone with pregnancy problems please acknowledge what your saying and think about the impact the comments have. I'm only going to give a few but I've heard so many things that tear my heart open....
1. atleast you can get pregnant
2. You can always try again
3. At least you've been cleared out and can now have a healthy pregnancy
4. At least it was early
5. It's for the best
6. The baby died for a reason
Honestly I can go on but it's absolutely devastating to hear these things.
Honestly being treated like this makes you feel broken and builds up a lot of resentment and hate.
We would also like to say treat us as normal, acting like there's something wrong makes it worse, we have a strong support system in place we just need you to treat us like idiots you've known and it helps us get better xx

⚠️⚠️ late fees⚠️⚠️
Everyone knows I have a 15 minute leniency either side of the groom for you to drop off/collect your dogs. I've had a few too many picking up late enough that it's running into my next groom time. I will stick to the 15 mins either side however now I will include a late fee of every 5 minuets is £5 after the leniency time.
I hate doing this but it's affecting others coming to the salon and myself. There have been a few occasions recently clients are waiting around and I've had no breaks.

Hello everyone,
please be aware that due to me being away from the 28th October till the 12th November, I have no available appointments until the 14th November.

As for Saturday appointments I am fully book until January.
December is starting to get full as well.

If you would like your dog booked in for a groom please ring and book them in, in advance to avoid disappointment.

I'm terrible at posting photos of dogs But today's shenanigans had me grooming these two. There too big and too old to get to me, so I went to them instead and loved all the kisses from them 😍 their first ever professional groom and they were absolutely brilliant

Evening everyone, just a reminder the salon is shut now until the 19th October.
Any phone calls will be taken by Angela Cottrill, who will take names and numbers but won't be booking appointments therefore, when I return I will get back to those who have contacted me during this period accordingly.

Good evening everyone,
The salon will be closed from the 1st to the 18th October.
Please bare this in mind when booking your pooches in to avoid any disappointment, as I also will not have access to my phone during this time.

Appointments are still looking at 3-4 weeks for availability, so once again please book on advance.
