Chestnut from Doggytime here!
Mom says it's been way too long since we connected on social media. Not sure what that means, but she chose me to be her "Doggy Mascot" since I help a lot of dogs with my mom.

It's been a busy year and a special year.
On Feb 1st, we celebrated Doggytime's 10 year anniversary!!
Some doggies got adopted, so I lost some pals, but others arrived and I've made new friends.

Sadly, we had to help a few very sick dogs along to the Rainbow Bridge, so that was hard on us.

We're nearing the end of the year, and I'm here to tell you we still have a few adoptable dogs who'd really love to be in their f♥rever homes now.

~ 9 year old Standard Dachshund mix boy
~ Low-Medium energy level, enjoys short walks and playtime but also loves his naps and snuggles
~ House & Crate Trained, non destructive
~ Walks very well on leash using a harness
~ No resource guarding and has very good manners
~ Can be extremely sweet and playful with excellent recall
~ Makes human friends easily (especially women) but not happy with other dogs
~ Very comfortable around cats
~Adoption Fee $225.00

Medical:
~ Healthy, 30 lbs, neutered, vaccinated and UTD with parasite prevention

Favourite things:
~ daily walks and outdoor activities
~ toys, treats and hearing how smart and handsome he is!

~ No resource guarding and has splendid manners
~ Can be extremely sweet and playful with very good recall
~ Makes human friends easily but not happy with other dogs, nor other animals in the home
~Adoption Fee $225.00

Medical:
~ Healthy, 60 lbs, spayed, vaccinated and UTD with parasite prevention

Favourite things:
~ lots of walks and outdoor fun (she loves tanning in the summer but also enjoys the winter snow)
~ receiving praise and rewards for mastering new accomplishments (she loves to learn)
~ toys, treats and playing tag with her favourite people
~ relaxing nap after a yummy meal
~ listening to music (classical is her preference but she's pretty accommodating)

~60 lbs, vaccinated and neutered
~Reported gastric ulcer which requires a very calm lifestyle
~Receives 5mg Melatonin daily (no other medication at present time)
