We have enjoyed looking after lots of dogs and cats, rabbits, mice and rats, guinea pigs, lizards, snakes and we're always excited to start working with an animal we've not seen before! Petpals Stockton is owned and run by Holly Sayers with the support of her trained and trusted team, we pride ourselves on giving the very best care to your pet and the best service to you! As pet owners ourselves, we fully understand how important the special bond is between owners and their cherished pets and how crucial it is to have complete trust in who you choose to look after your pets. The demands of work, family and friend commitments barely leaves time for yourself let alone allow time to take your dog for the nice long walk they need and enjoy. At Petpals Stockton we can help alleviate some of the time pressures of your busy life by taking care of your dogs exercise and socialisation needs, leaving you free to take care of everything else, including yourself. If however, a group walk does not suit your dog then we may be able to offer solo walks giving your dog the same amount of stimulation and adventure, ensuring you return home to a tired, but happy dog. We also offer small animal visits for your cats, the purrrfect alternative to a cattery we will visit your cat in your home whilst you are away. We can feed your cat, clean litter trays, play with and of course give plenty of TLC enabling you to leave your cat in its familiar environment, and so minimising stress. We can also look after all small furries, feathers and shelled, feel free to ask about our individual care packages. I woke up this morning to the most gorgeous review 🥰

Becky got in touch with me prior to going away as she had a little bit of a different situation, she is a cat fosterer for Yarm Cat Rescue. After a long discussion and lots of questions I went to go and meet Becky, her family and her cats and rabbits for an initial meet and greet before we moved forward with the assessment as it was so important on both sides that I was a good fit for the job and she was comfortable leaving me with her pets.

After meeting all of her wonderful animals and getting all the information I needed I was more than happy to help. Becky was fantastic, she regularly kept me up to date with any changes before she went away and explained each cat individually down to certain places they didn't like being touched or any triggers, which kept any potential stress to a minimum.

She received regular reports and pictures through our online system and extra videos sent over as some of them were too funny not to share!

It has been an absolute pleasure to look after Hen, Egg, Chloe, Marley, Tilly, Nala, Venus, Lilith, Smokey and Meowy 🐱 Snuffle, Truffle, Bunbun and Fluffy🐰

Beating the Heat with Eko & Ice 🐾☀️

With a couple of scorching days ahead I hit the field with my own 2 boys at 7am to enjoy the coolest part of the day before heading out to look after your lovely lot. Eko’s never loved the heat, and after 30 minutes I spotted little changes in both their moods so it was time to call it and head home for a chill-out.

Just like people, dogs all handle hot weather differently and even the best of friends can get a little short-tempered when it’s warm. That’s why, in this weather, we keep our walks short and sweet and avoid extra meet-and-greets.

If I pass you and don’t stop for our usual hello, it’s just me making sure all tails (and tempers) stay happy ❤️🐶

Daigo’s first group walk with Edwin 🐾🌿

Such a lovely outing at Honeypot Woods today, Daigo took everything in his stride and made fast friends with Edwin. They were both so well-behaved and clearly enjoyed each other’s company 🥰
They had the best sniffs (every blade of grass was thoroughly inspected!) and you could tell they were in their element exploring the woodland paths together. 🌲🐶
