I recently bought a puppy from Charity Archer and I cannot say enough about the service both her and her partner Ted provided for both me and my newborn pup. Charity was fantastic throughout the entire duration of the process. I have regretfully had negative experiences with bad breeders in the past and my guard was most certainly up from the jump, but Charity and Ted put my fears to bed rather quickly with their knowledge and graciousness to answer ANY questions I had whenever I had them. Charity was kind enough to take the time and give me the whole virtual tour of the facilities, introduced me to the whole pack with some awesome bloodline history, and really gave me, from ‘soup to nuts’ - the entire lifecycle of her operation from the moment the puppies are born to the day they go home. To say I was impressed is an understatement. The facilities are AMAZING, clean, and the dogs are just so well taken care of…there was no way I wasn’t going with her.



In addition, she gave me weekly updates on my puppy’s activities, medical appointment info, personality quirks, tons and tons of pictures – you name it. It helped me feel informed, included, and really helped pass the time ‘til I got to bring home my puppy (when time is crawwwwling by!) If I had a question Charity made herself available to answer it; I cannot express how much of a help that was to me planning and ensuring my doggies first day’s home were as seamless as possible.



Lastly, both Charity and Ted made the pick-up day a smooth transition and sent me home with SO much stuff – toys and puppy items for my Tillie, and tons of helpful tips and tricks for me as the owner, as well as all supporting documentation required for the immediate days that follow. I made the remark to Charity when I was there to pick up my pup, I truly believe in what she is doing with these dogs. I couldn’t be happier and more grateful for my beautiful baby basset hound!
