LC Geckos Terms of Sale: Payment: Cash or Paypal is accepted as payment. No other payment methods will be accepted.
Holding Fees: To have a gecko(s) held, a NON-REFUNDABLE hold deposit of 25% of the animal's cost must be paid for a 30 day hold period. Full payment is due at 30 days. If the full price of the animal(s) is not paid in full by the end of the 30 day hold period, the hold is terminated (the gecko is put back up for sale) and the FULL holding deposit is forfeit. Shipping: ALL shipping and handling costs are to be paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated. Geckos will only be shipped if all of the shipping conditions have been met. IMPORTANT: Someone must be available to accept the package if shipped to your home/Hub and must notify LC Geckos via Facebook message or text message within 1 HOUR of arrival. If by the rare chance that the animal(s) arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), the animal can be replaced with another comparable animal or credit for another animal at a later date. DOA Proof will be required by Photograph and/or video within 1 HOUR of recieving the animal(s). If customer fails to notify within 1 HOUR that the animal has been received or is DOA, this guarantee is null and void. LC Geckos is not responsible for any carrier delays or mishandlings. LC Geckos is not responsible for replacing an animal for any health issues that may occur due to poor husbandry or any other outside injuries after the animal is in the customer’s possession. Replacement of animal(s) does not include tail droppings. Cancellations: If a customer would like to cancel the purchasing of a gecko that has been paid in full, that has not yet been shipped, 25% of the gecko(s) cost is retained for the holding of the gecko. Purchases are final when a gecko(s) is shipped. Note: If the customer decides to switch from purchasing one gecko to another, it will work like a cancellation and 25% of the original animal(s) price is NON-REFUNDABLE. Therefore, switching geckos is only available before the original gecko has been shipped. The customer should make sure that they are 100% committed to the animal(s) before making a payment. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. If you send payment, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right the change these terms and conditions.
