A big THANKYOU to the Brown Family for their donation this year towards our pony club.

We are a little club and we do enjoy our yearly catch-ups with the Browns & Garah Boomi team and grateful for their ongoing support.

Maddie & Arthur Brown had exciting news on Thursday - their Aunty - Hilary Scott - Georgias sister is off to the 2024 Olympics in Paris!!!

So keep your eyes out for her early next month in the Equestrian Showjumping! She will be riding Oaks Milky Way. 🤩 We were very excited to be part of that exciting announcement with them all at camp!

We hope your ponies are recovering and enjoying some time in the paddock. Most were getting in naps at afternoon tea on Friday.

If your thinking of coming to NS camp / or know your riding and needing your memberships during 2024. Make sure you renew for 2024 by March to get the early bird special. (For families of three that’s a $30 saving).

Those eligible for active kids vouchers wait until February to renew so you can use these vouchers in the portal - those unused vouchers from 2023 can be used in also.

North Star pony club are looking for some community feedback on the clubs old stable block. We are hoping to apply for a grant to obtain some funding to get them replaced. Please help us with a short survey. We would appreciate as many submissions as possible. The link is attached below:

Congratulations to all the riders that headed to North Star Pony Club and competed in the Zone 8 show jumping on Saturday and Sunday. North Star had two riders competing over the two days - Lucy and Sam Doolin. What sensational weather and great jumping by everyone. Thanks for visiting North Star.

It’s looking pretty impressive at NS pony club grounds! I bet your all as exhausted as Miss Maggie is after the working bee. Thankyou so SO SOO much to all our members that worked hard today. It was a sensational turn out 🥰
Julien Welsh from Gippsland, a horse trainer, is travelling through on a 2000km ride - he thought our grounds were just amazing and had called his wife who loves cross country to tell her about our sensational grounds and course. ⭐️

Well done to our 7 North Star riders who attended Garah Boomi sporting and campdraft weekend! It was incredibly hot but our riders still had fun.

We had the 3 Uebergang kids Matilda, Arthur and Maggie all finally on horseback. Ivy Schramm on her new horse Shorty and Sophie Cutler was there with her horse Olivia. But it was the two O’Neil boys who brought home the big prizes on Sunday:

Riley 1st place - 15&u17 campdraft
Clinton 1st place 13&u15 sporting & campdraft

Well done boys!

Thankyou Garah-Boomi Pony Club for putting on another sensational weekend big thanks to Rachel, Sarah, Brownie and their committee. We missed catching up with the rest of the Brown crew who join us at camp Maddy, Walter, Arthur and Georgia but grateful they let Brownie out to run on a sensational show (and bring our little crew quiet cattle).💪🥇🙌
