And here are the boys, I had to eat and take a nap yall sorry for the wait 😂 these boys are full siblings to the does (which is fine if you’re just breeding them for meat but I wouldn’t recommend selling their offspring. I’ll have other litters available later if you are wanting to sell offspring) and were born 7/19 so they are just shy of 4 months. They should fatten up nicely once they are all separated in their new homes 😊

Here are the does from our first fully pedigreed litter! Silver Sable and Cable’s first litter together. This litter came at a very challenging time for me, so they haven’t been handled as much as they should’ve AND they’re much older than I wanted them to be when going to new homes lol. It’s been a rough couple of months with moving, the heat, and family matters. Thank you all for your patience with me! Good morning everyone, today I’ll be focusing on tattooing, weighing, and posing my “most recent” litter! They are already like three months old and should’ve gone to new homes by now. However, I’ve been dealing with a lot in my personal life and they kind of got put on the back burner. Today is one of my days off from work though, so they will be getting taken care of today. Hello everyone who has been waiting for this litter to become available! I’m super sorry the heat got to me and I have also been moving (only 30ish minutes away from where I was before). So I had a little mental breakdown there for a few weeks lol I’m going to be working on tattooing, posing, and weighing this litter during the week. They are ready to go any day though, I just need to take the time to figure out who is brood worthy and who will be culled. Thank you all for being patient with me! 😊

We are now offering raw dog food and treats! Currently everything is raw & frozen, but I can also dehydrate if that is something you’re wanting. I just didn’t want to dehydrate everything and have someone want it raw instead. I’ve got over 10 rabbits that have been processed currently. I don’t keep the heads unless they are ordered ahead of time bc it kinda freaks me out lol. Send us a message today if you’d like to order anything! 😊

Sorry for being MIA for so long, it’s been really stressful with all of this heat for both me and the rabbits! But today we made our first sale, unfortunately it was these guys after being processed. Despite that, I am very happy that we are seeing come money come in! Now Chris can’t say he hasn’t seen any money coming in from these guys 😂 I sold 8.9 lbs for $85, I had asked him for $8/lb but he decided to be generous and rounded up and it came out to $9.46/lb! How does this price compare to what you make or how much you’d be willing to purchase meat for?

Negasonic’s first litter at 4 weeks old! Sorry forgot to post these yesterday! 😅 Remember, soft holds are there just as a placeholder not a guarantee! These guys are still getting used to being posed so they are still pushing up against me 🙄 The runt isn’t as far behind as they were!! Gained 6 oz in a week and is not much smaller than the rest now!

Silver’s kits at 4 weeks old! Same order as they appeared in last weeks post. I also took pictures of their undersides and ge****ls so you guys can double check for yourself what you think they are 😂 Her green kit doesn’t seem to have a noticeable opening and doesn’t have great structure so they will most likely be culled. I’m going to keep them around for a while still to see how they continue to develop. Everyone is over a pound though! (Weights listed in photos)

So today we worked on posing our 14 kits that are all 3 weeks old as of Monday! This second post has Negasonic Teenage Warhead’s very first litter. I put the sharpie that correlates to their ear color on the last pic of each kit. What do you think of them? It’s their first attempt at posing so there was a lot of pushing towards my fingers if they seem to be leaning towards their front right that’s why. On each photo I wrote the bun’s status (if someone is interested in that rabbit message me to see if you're higher on the waitlist) weight, eye color, my guess on their s*x, then any additional comments about them. For those who have already messaged me about getting a bun, send me a message with who you’re liking so that hopefully I can keep you updated on those kits! Of course they are still young at the moment, so they will need more time to fill out, but here’s a good starting point!

Yesterday Miss Silver had 10 very healthy babies, I’m very happy because we didn’t have any DOA’s or complications at birth with this litter! We did find out that Silver and Cable are both REW (Ruby Eyed White) carriers because 2 of the kits appear to be albino. While I’m glad we’ve got a big litter, this kind of stinks because that means at least two of these cannot be sold as show prospects for the American Chinchilla breed. Rabbits are shown based off their phenotype so they could potentially be shown as New Zealand rabbits IF they fit that breed standard. Either way, we are very blessed this litter came without any complications! This is how I do nestbox checks with my ladies every day. I bring over a smaller nestbox with bedding in it, pull out and inspect each kit, take some pictures bc they are cute 🥰, then I put them all back and tuck them in their mamas fur. Each doe is very concerned about her little ones while I do this. Luckily they don’t attack me, even though that is a good thing bc that means they have great mothering instincts! I just don’t like being attacked by my rabbits.
