Experienced, caring house & dog sitter with excellent references available to manage your home, pets & plants while you're away. Mature, single, non-smoking, vaccinated female with an employment background in security services, a graduate of the Justice Institute of BC, graduate of RMTI Resident Manager Training Institute for property management, hospitality (Pan Pacific & Four Seasons Hotels) and

years of retail customer service. I work part time as an event planner & this takes me outside of the home 1-2 evenings per week for 4-6 hours. Other than that, I'm very much a homebody and make a great companion for your pets! I look after small size dogs in the 2 - 30 lb weight range. If you have a docile, medium sized dog up to 40 lbs. please feel free to enquire however my rates are a bit higher for dogs over 30 lbs. I’m not available for *cats, reptiles or arachnids. :) (*outdoor cats are ok!) One of my dogs isn't comfortable with cats so we can't cat sit, sorry! A clean, comfy home to live in & look after without any other people living there or coming and going without notice. A dedicated parking spot close to the door for those load in/out's in the rainy 'wet coast' weather and fast, reliable internet! Stand-alone houses with ground floor access outside are best as I have two little sidekicks, a 22 lb Pom & a 13 lb Pinscher mix in the photos, that are part of the package! They are mellow senior dogs aged 9 & 11. Apartments can work if dogs are allowed and there is a balcony for potty. Both dogs are very social, house trained, fixed, up to date on their shots and are used to interacting with lots of furry doggy friends as we've been house & pet sitting for the past 8 years (pre covid) in addition to caring for dogs in my home M-F daycare or 24/7 vacation stays. I provide loving care for small dogs that are good with one 35-minute daily walk, a run around the yard, playing inside or shorter walks to do their business. Many of my clients with high-energy dogs have dog walkers that continue their usual schedule while I'm there. My pups and I love to go on short walks (weather permitting), visit the dog park or play fetch in the yard - whatever suits you best! I give my clients pets my full attention, first & foremost as they're the reason I'm there and are very likely missing their mommy and/or daddy. My two little ones are along for the ride and we'll all have a wonderful time together! My rates are the best around!

$30 a night for one dog, $45 for two. All other situations can be discussed including special needs or jobs. I also offer a flat rate of $200 for anything under 7 nights. Both dogs are very social, house trained, fixed, and used to interacting with lots of furry doggy friends as we've been house & pet sitting for the past 8 years (pre-covid) in addition to caring for dogs in my home.

I give my clients' pets my full attention, first & foremost as they're the reason I'm there and are missing their mommy and/or daddy. My two little ones are just along for the ride, and we'll all have a wonderful time together!

My introductory rates are the best around!

$20 a day for one dog, $30 for two. All other situations can be discussed including special needs or jobs.

I'm currently available from July 10, 2023, to August 4 and then again from August 26 - early November. Stays of a week or more are preferred but I'm open to shorter ones depending on my schedule and the location.

My Covid hiatus is finally over, YAY, and I'm now available to house & pet sit in your home. Here are the deets! :D

I am not a dog walker - I'm a dog/house sitter. I provide care for small to medium lower energy dogs that are good with a run around the yard, play inside or typical shorter walks to do their business. Many of my clients have dog walkers that continue their usual schedule while I'm there. Of course, if it's a lovely day we’ll all go for a longer walk but I feel your dog is SAFEST while in your home or yard. If your dog needs 2 x 30+ minute walks per day, rain or shine - I am not the sitter for you.

My rates:

I DO NOT CHARGE for house & pet sits AT THIS TIME however if there are more than 2 pets with a heavy regime of needs/specific times OR if your home is located more than 25 km from Guildford Town Centre Surrey, BC (the general area where I work) then I MAY ask to discuss a reasonable remuneration to cover the cost of gas or the extra work IF you chose to enlist me. Keep in mind that most dog or cat sitters charge $20 - $45 per day and that can certainly add up very quickly! I have no interest in making any money by caring for your home and pet but I also need to ensure it’s not going to cost me money to sit for you.

Cats: I would LOVE to be able to look after cats however one of my dogs is overly curious with CERTAIN cats and I would never, ever want a client's cat to feel stressed in any way. He is not vicious and has never bitten a human or an animal. If the cat is uncomfortable then he may be too. If you have a cat that is well socialized with dogs then we'd love to meet you. I recently looked after 2 cats (without issue) and had a recent month-long sit with a cat & kitten and find the more exposure he gets, the more used to cats he becomes and I’m certainly open to that!
