We’ve got two senior fighters here! 🥹💖

Chloe is a 15 year old dog that underwent ovariohysterectomy due to pyometra and ovarian tumor. Whereas Shinee is a 14 year old dog that underwent mammary tumor removal. Despite all the risks of the procedure, poor results of their blood works and given their age, these furparents still opted to do it. Look what veterinary care and unending love from furparents can do! 🐾❤️

CYSTOLITHS (BLADDER STONES) IN CATS 🐱

Cystoliths or bladder stones are painful, uncomfortable and potentially life threatening condition for cats that requires immediate veterinary care.

If you notice any of these signs to your cat, don’t hesitate to have them checked by your trusted veterinarian:

- difficulty or straining to urinate
- blood in urine
- urinating outside their litter box
- frequent licking near their ge****ls
- trying to urinate more often than usual

INGESTION OF FOREIGN BODY 🧐

Dogs are curious by nature and unfortunately, this curiosity can lead them to trouble sometimes. They are notorious in swallowing different foreign objects inside and outside our home. Some of these can pass through the intestinal tract without any problem however, some can be an emergency and life threatening condition if it already cause obstruction and the only treatment left is thru surgery.

Here’s Gela, a 4 month old female dog who came all the way from Cavite to entrust her surgery with us. She was now discharge after her successful surgery and few days of confinement.

Let’s pay more attention to what our furbabies eat and once you observe anything unusual and suspect foreign object ingestion, do not hesitate to have them check with your trusted veterinarian. 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️
