Dreaming on a rainy afternoon

I’m a killer! Look at me get that stuffie! I got this toy from my BFF Earl, who recently went over the rainbow bridge. I told him I’ll take good care of his stuff! I’ve been helping Earl’s mom and my auntie Maureen feel better by being cute and magical.

The Lady Bird Viola

My name is Lady Bird- but you can call me Birdie.

I am a “one-of-a-kind-find” saved from euthanasia- by Muttville Senior Dog Rescue in San Francisco! They helped get me out of a really bad situation in Fresno- where I was found “Stray” and brought to the local Animal Shelter. Because I have abnormal joints- I cannot walk on my front paws- so they dangle off to the side- and I walk on my arm bones (radius and ulna). I walk more like a tiny sea lion than a dog! But I don’t mind! I love to explore grass, sand, carpet, and yoga matts! I especially love rolling around on my back in the sunshine- and demand belly rubs from all of my fans!

And when I get tired- I really love riding around in my pet sling with my mom- we go everywhere together!

My mom is an animal rehabilitation veterinarian- so I swim at her work and get massages all of the time! My least favorite treatment is Acupuncture- but she says that it’s good for me- so I allow it.
