is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that puts all efforts into helping homeless cats. Hermione's Home was founded by Ashley Stapleton (now Knapik) and is run by she and her husband, Jared. Ashley and Jared have always have been active in the rescue community since 2015 and decided to start their own rescue after the loss of their beloved cat, Hermione. While Ashley and Jared both have "real" job

s outside of rescue, Hermione's Home is their passion and will do whatever they can to help homeless cats in need. Say hello to Sunny! 🌞

Sunny came to us from the Windsor locks animal control. She was found in WL, not moving in someone’s backyard. A kind police officer offered to pay for her initial vetting but the town didn’t have the budget for the care she needed to get better. That’s when I stepped in. After testing and lots of fluids and she is thriving! She’d been boarded at the vet for months while she fully recovered, and now she’s finally with me 💗

Sunny is so resilient! She has kidney disease and needs a special diet but beyond that.. she is absolute perfection.

Sunny is about 10-11 years old and would love a home of her very own. She’d prefer to be an only, and LOVES kids. Please share our beautiful Sunny 🌞.

Most of our posts lately have been asking for shares for kitties who need help finding homes. I always say I am going to make adoption posts and just never get around to it! So here are some of our most recent HH graduates, off to their forever homes!!

Zion & Pepper, Izzy, Laney, Pierre, Babbette, Beret, Lulu, Lilly's kittens, and Lilly! I promise to update more as they happen!

NO INTEREST!

To say I'm shocked this little brown cow hasn't had any applications is an understatement. The moment I saw him I thought he'd be the first one gone. He's the first brown cat we've had. He is STUNNING and so unique. He is craving attention and would really love a warm lap for the holidays. Can we rally together and find one for him???

So much for closed intake. Go ahead and call my bluff next time 🤦🏼‍♀️ Meet Elsa. I pulled her from the Manhattan ACC. She is 1 year old, 5.6 pounds and very PREGNANT. 5.6 lbs while pregnant. 💔 I was told she was a bit tense and cranky. She must know she’s safe because she is a DOLL! Welcome to the good life, Elsa. I can’t wait to smother you, as well as you babies, with love. I’ll get some photos of her once she is settled 😻
