I remember Toby’s meet and greet well, even 9 short years later. There he was a tiny little ball of fluff, with little spiky teeth and all of about 5 pounds. All puppies are cute right? But Toby was more than that. He was silly, sweet, and so smart!

For the first few months he was with us we would work on leash training and tricks and he picked up everything so quickly and easily. He started coming to play group and made a group of friends that he knew for his entire life. Even these last few weeks as his condition worsened you never would have known, he was still playing and getting cuddles… and of course yelling at the mailman.

To say Toby has touched the lives of everyone he has met is an understatement. He had an incredibly sweet personality, was exceptionally loving and his puppy eyes could really make you melt.

Toby, we all love you so much - run free and chase all the mailmen
