MINE ARE SO MUCH MORE THAN "JUST A DOG"
I've heard: "Cheer up - it's "just a dog" or "That's a lot of money for "just a dog."
They don't understand the journey I've traveled, the hours I've spent, and the money involved in "just a dog".
Some of my proudest moments have been with “just a dog”. Many hours have passed when my only company was "just a dog".
Some of my saddest moments have been due to "just a dog".
and on those dark days when I’ve cried, “only one dog” is always by my side.
“Just a dog” gave me comfort to get through the days that may come.
If you thought it is “just a dog” you might understand sentences like “just a friend”, “just a sunrise” or “just a promise.”
“Just a dog” brings me amazing friendship, trust, and unlimited joy.
“Just a dog” brings the compassion and patience that I need to become a better person.
So for me and people like me it's not "just a dog".
But hopes and dreams of the future, happy memories of the past and the pure joy of the present. “Just a dog” brings out the best in me and takes my mind away from myself and the worries of the day.
I hope one day people will understand that it’s not “just a dog” but something that makes me happy, and keeps me and humanity from being “just a human

5 weeks old and off to a great start

My neighbor at the Cadillac told me that they had a new retriever and I should come over and take a look, and so I did. But I still find it hard to beleive what I saw with my own eyes?????

5 weeks old and off to a great start

My neighbor at the Cadillac told me that they had a new retriever and I should come over and take a look, and so I did. But I still find it hard to beleive what I saw with my own eyes?????

3 different working cocker mamas, each with there own litter of pups. However they are serving lunch to anyone who is hungry. A real community effort and a lot of fun to watch.
