NEON CAT (North Eastern Ontario Neuter - Cat Advocacy Team)

Our mission is to:
- help with TNR of barn/colony cats in the North Eastern Ontario area, namely the Iroquois Falls, Black-River-Matheson and Cochrane areas;
- help with rehabilitating/relocating unreturned barn/colony cats
- partner with local rescue groups to transfer friendly barn/colony cats or kittens for adoption;
- help people in the community by facilitating access to low-cost spay/neuter clinics.

Looks who's coming up for cuddles! Miss Bindi! Looking for a foster home (or forever home) for Bindi snd her sister Suri. These girls need a home soon as their caretaker can no longer care for them past the 15th of this month. If you have space in you home please teach out.

UPDATE: We are no longer accepting applications at this time.

BUT we are still needing help in the next few weeks (and beyond of course).

We are in desperate need of fosters, especially long-term foster homes or foster to adopt homes. We also are always needing short-term fosters (a day or two here and there).

Well the requests for our low-cost spay/neuter clinic are pouring in, which is great! Hopefully this will help with this coming spring kitten season.

In the meantime, our team needs to ramp up on fundraising. If you have a bit of extra time in the next few weeks to help us out please send us a message at [email protected]!

Great news!!! NEON CAT has secured another date for a low-cost cat spay/neuter clinic for March break. Spots are limited and priority will be given to residents of the BRM, IF and Cochrane areas. This clinic is reserved for low-income individuals and families.

Raya is absolutely stunning! Her coat is thick with gorgeous tabby markings. She's very affectionate and playful, and she's ready for her forever home!

Bindi's turn at the biscuit making machine ❤️

Suri is coming out of her shell a bit for me this morning... she's offering me her best biscuits!

Well my little brain totally forgot I had said 11am for the draw ... oopsies. But, as they say, better late than never! So I added everyone's name who participated.
