Responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing the clinic’s calendar, processing check-ins and payments, maintaining accurate records, and educating clients about our services and products.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or customer service role is a plus, and proficiency with practice management software is preferred. We strongly value a great work-life balance. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

🦃🐾 Thanksgiving is a time for family, food, and gratitude—but some festive foods can be dangerous for your furry friends! To keep your pets safe, avoid giving them:

❌ Chocolate
❌ Grapes & raisins
❌ Nuts (especially macadamia nuts)
❌ Garlic & onions
❌ Bones (cooked or raw)
❌ Artificial sweeteners (like xylitol)
❌ Fatty foods (like turkey skin or gravy)
❌ Raw dough or batter
❌ Alcohol

Even small amounts of these can be harmful to both dogs and cats. Stick to pet-safe treats, and keep an eye on sneaky snackers under the table!

Just a reminder, we will be closed on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 28) and Friday (Nov. 29) so our team can spend time with loved ones. We’ll reopen on Monday!
