We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR)!
We value teamwork, empathy, and excellent customer service to ensure the best experience for our clients and patients. Responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing the clinic’s calendar, processing check-ins and payments, maintaining accurate records, and educating clients about our services and products.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or customer service role is a plus, and proficiency with practice management software is preferred. We strongly value a great work-life balance. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

🦃🐾 Thanksgiving is a time for family, food, and gratitude—but some festive foods can be dangerous for your furry friends! To keep your pets safe, avoid giving them:

❌ Chocolate
❌ Grapes & raisins
❌ Nuts (especially macadamia nuts)
❌ Garlic & onions
❌ Bones (cooked or raw)
❌ Artificial sweeteners (like xylitol)
❌ Fatty foods (like turkey skin or gravy)
❌ Raw dough or batter
❌ Alcohol

Even small amounts of these can be harmful to both dogs and cats. Stick to pet-safe treats, and keep an eye on sneaky snackers under the table!

Just a reminder, we will be closed on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 28) and Friday (Nov. 29) so our team can spend time with loved ones. We’ll reopen on Monday!
