Well, it all started with his furry friend Bailey. Around two years ago, Bailey faced a challenging situation when a rash developed under her belly. To prevent licking the ointment off, she had to wear the dreaded cone of shame 😔 It wasn’t an easy time for Bailey—she felt disoriented, kept bumping into things, and simply wasn’t herself. They knew there had to be a better solution!
