I hope you all had a nice Christmas and that Santa Paws brought you lots of nice things. On Christmas Eve I went ringing with Mum, it was very cold in the tower but I had my Christmas jumper on and mum put the heater on for me. She had to go to work Christmas Day to cook dinner for the ladies and gentlemen but I stayed home with dad and the rest of the family and I helped with dinner by keeping the kitchen floor free of scraps and testing that the turkey was cooked properly.
When mum got home we all opened our presents, I got a big bag of treats and some new toys which I took straight to my bed so they were safe. Then we had our dinner which was delicious and after that mum went for a nap because she had to get up early and I had one too because I was full of turkey 🦃
Then in the evening mum took me for a walk and we went to the station car park because there are no trains at Christmas, so the car park was empty. I had a good sniff and run around and played with my ball for a bit.
One of my new toys had a tennis ball on a rope but unfortunately I bit it too hard and it kind of broke, then the stuffing came out of my cuddly gingerbread man that Nan bought for me and his bow tie came off 😲 I mean, I love new toys but why don't they make them Princess - proof?
Anyway I had a lovely Christmas and I hope you did too. Mum said it's back to the diet tomorrow so hopefully I won't fade away completely before New Year 😢 Here is a video of me playing with the fox mum got me for Christmas.
