A family member or guardian registers their person with cognitive challenges through the link, or in person, at your nearest police department. This information is now part of the statewide Bring Me Back Home registry. Law enforcement officers will have access to the confidential and secure information and respond appropriately. When the person wanders or is missing, individuals should call 9-1-1 IMMEDIATELY, and indicate that they are registered with the Bring Me Back Home program.

We are broken hearted and at a loss for words. Our sweet, wonderful boy Bisou has gone to the Bridge.
I'm feeling anything but eloquent at the moment. I just can't bear another heartache, I just can't.
Two weeks ago, Bisou started having seizures, he was already showing signs of arthritis in his back and front legs from holding himself up for 8 yrs. The last seizure he had was a rough one, put him on CBD/CBG oil and the seizures stopped, but the damage was already done.
Yesterday he snapped at Joe several times, something he'd never do, he loves his daddy, the pain had gotten too much for him. I spoke to Doc and he was going to come tomorrow.
Almost as if to say, NO, I need to go now... while Joe and I were outside doing a few chores, he chewed his right flank raw. Something went very wrong, the look in his eyes told it all.
Called Doc who dropped everything and came over. Bisou passed in my arms, surrounded by his pack. He is now home with God and whole again, no longer trapped in his two legged body. Doc and I wrapped his body and I carried him one more time. His bed is empty, my heart is shattered.
I love you with all my heart sweet boy. What a void you have left. Thank you for trusting me to care for you, thank you for loving me and showing me just what courage and heart really is.
The fields, woods and beaches are all waiting for you to run through them to your heart's content. We love you Sweet Boy.

Thank you Karina Rosito for reaching out to see if I would be willing to take him on after the rescue that said they'd take him backed out. Thank you Lisa Toohey for riding cramped in the back seat so he would know humans weren't all bad, when Karina drove him to me.
Thank you Allison D'Erocle for helping me corral him with the crate when he made a run for it.
