It's never easy to say goodbye to our ponies! I was with Glory the day she was born, and today I had to say goodbye.
You left a legacy, old girl. So many offspring.. and their offspring.. and we had such a beautiful fall, exploring the trails together.
Thanks to HD Pony , Ashli , for letting her live out the rest of her life with me. Thanks to my supportive family, Kate Veinot and Bruce Lamb for your help and hugs this afternoon, and thanks Henderson Equine Services for making sure that my special mare had the very best of care in the past months, as she ended her earthly life.

Today we learned canter! Good job Nova!

Back a level to instill confidence in both of us. She wasn't ready for 2 shafts, so we're at achievement level 1 -Nerf Shaft!

Third time under saddle and trainer Sarah Ryan has coaxed out a respectable and somewhat balanced canter with NO fireworks! Couldn't be more pleased with this clever mare, Riverwelsh Accolade.
